The Livesream channel, occupysflivestream, under “Curated SF and related videos”, above, is using the channel, without GA’s permission or coordination with #OccupySF

I know occupysflivestream and he was using the channel before GA made the decision to blackball him, one that I am absolutely against and was made quite arbitrarily.
This is not at all true.
The OSF Livestream channel working group is still coordinating with members of OccupySF, and consists of myself, Clark, and Matt.
The GA has been misinformed, and manipulated by people with a personal agenda who abused the process of consensus, which by necessity must be fully informed. We will be correcting that misinformation at GA shortly.

The information you provided is false! None of the people Ben listed have attended an OSF Comms, Media, or Video (LS) team meeting in the last 3 months that we are aware of.
Please be advised!!!! Ben (anonomi) agreed to surrender the LS account and has FAILED to do so for aprox 2 months and counting. The GA was informed with the facts and Ben stands in defiance of their decision to remove him.

You are the one providing false information, and that is how you got GA to pass a proposal too.
You went to GA in early Feb claiming there was a need to pass an emergency proposal to remove me from the livestream channel because, according to you, I had closed the channel down and not allowed anyone but myself access. No one at GA bothered to contact me, nor did they actually log into the channel to check and see if the channel was closed… you mainpulated them and they believed you and you got something passed. That should be respected? Are you serious?
That is not true consensus. That’s only manipulation. A consensus by necessity must be factually informted, and you deliberately told the GA things that weren’t true to gain control of the channel. You have been trying since November, and you rely on the fact that Adora got completely burned out, as have others, so there is no institutional memory, no one around to refute you except me.
In fact it is you who didn’t attend any livestream meetings from late November and Adora leaving until late January, that’s when you started forming another livestream channel consisting of people who have never logged into livestream themselves nor utiltized the channel at all, mainly your friends – Skud, Robb, Belle.
You did that after you had been suspended from the channel because you kept advertising your own private channel on the OSF channel, including a personal wepay donation link, which you had previously agreed with Adora to not do any more…, that along with repeatedely breaking written guidelines about behavior in the channel caused an eventual temporary suspensionl. You were restricted for cause by Adora and myself, and you have been on a vendetta ever since.
You went to GA and lied James, and because GA knows nothing about livestream nor the channel nor the guidelines, and trusts you because you are a regular, you got away with your manipulations.

I have never met someone so misguided, and full of false statements as you. The channel Adora and I created, that you now control, is always empty, and you rarely, if ever, mirror any of my, other OSF streamers video feeds. As a matter of fact there was an action on the April 1st, and a police raid on the 2nd that you did not mirror. Once again you have failed OSF, either way we are done with you and have contacted the necessary people regarding this issue.

Resign? I said I’ve moved on. Which means you have no pull with me. It doesnt meant I’m not supportive of Occupy, I do live here and you certainly dont own Occupy, nor do your pals.

Your mistake was to lie about me and the channel to the GA in order to get it transferred James. Trust that I will *never*submit to anything you try to achieve via bullying and lies. I dont respect the process as it exists right now at GA as a result of this now, having been a target. There was no investigation of the facts – by anyone.
It isn’t just OSF livestream channel that is empty, nearly all the Occupy livestream channels are equally as empty. Easily seen by going to http://www.occupystreams.org
You know that too, but you say it as incriminating evidence against me, which shows your true intentions and bias. It’s not what is good for OSF.
None of what you told them was true: the channel remained open and operating, no one except you (which was for cause) removed or access refused, I have been mirroring GA and other Occupy events until the channel was taken off the OSF website just 2 weeks ago, and anyone can see that for themselves should they bother to look at the videos in the library dated until the end of March. Those include streams provided by you. Your lies are only succeeding because there is no audience, no one even cares about the livestream channel enough to go check, except your group that wants control of what and who OSF is…
What will work with me?
You can go to GA and retract the lies by which you achieved passage of the proposal to have me ‘removed’. Belle Starr also makes a public retraction of her defamatory misrepresentation of the facts that she made as OSF attorney of record. GA then passes a proposal authorizing the transfer of the channel to a person who has been selected by people from media and comm working groups. GA is not in a position to make the best choice about who that should be [ it most certainly should not be Belle Starr but if media/comm wg decide on her, I stand aside] – whereas those people who do the work and know the topic will be able to…it also wouldnt hurt if that consensus thanked me for the months of quality support I’ve been giving as owner in trust
That is how a nonhierarchal horizonal loving and diverse community would handles such things. In my opinion of course. I certainly dont expect you to do such however. You are a bully.
